This practice was designed to help unstick the shoulders, moving them in multiple ranges of motion while working on both strength and stability. Modifications are available to meet you where you are at.
Back Body Activation Yoga Series
Bring the focus back to the back! Help release the tensions in the front body created from long periods of sitting by learning to engage the back body and improve its support and stability. Helping you to regain your posture during periods of both standing and sitting.
Hip Activation Yoga Series
Unstick the hips with these mobility postures designed to help you bring movement back to the hips. Sitting for long periods of time keeps the hips in a constant 90-degree angle eventually decreasing their movement ability. Using activation, we will regain mobility and stability in the hips helping to improve walking mechanics, hip pain, and back pain.
